Delicious little thriller
This is my first graphic novel, so I am a real newbie at reading/viewing a story in this format. Mercury was a good place to start for me -- a lovely little historical mystery set in Nova Scotia and spanning two time periods. I found Ms. Larson's illustrations to be engaging and, for the most part, effective in their role of telling the story. There were a few times when I had trouble distinguishing characters from one another, especially when the girls...
